Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays may apply)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at josephrosalinda4@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
